These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Pathway ("AI Pathway," "we," "us," or "our"), including the platform at aicfo.aipathway.co and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AI Pathway provides an AI-powered financial analysis and reporting platform designed for construction and trade businesses. The Service connects to your accounting software (including QuickBooks) and surfaces financial insights, cash flow analysis, job profitability reports, and related data visualizations through a conversational interface.
Not financial advice. The outputs generated by AI Pathway are informational only. They do not constitute financial, accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. AI Pathway is not a licensed financial advisor, CPA, or investment professional. All material financial decisions should be reviewed with a qualified professional.
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

AI Pathway is a subscription service billed monthly or annually. Current pricing tiers are:
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. Prices may change with 30 days' written notice; founding rate clients are exempt from price increases as long as their subscription remains active.
Refunds are not available for partial billing periods. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the paid period.
The Service requires a connection to your QuickBooks account via Intuit's authorized API. By connecting your QuickBooks account, you authorize AI Pathway to read your financial data for the purpose of generating reports and insights within the platform.

AI Pathway uses large language models and data analysis to generate financial insights. You acknowledge that:
AI Pathway retains all rights to the platform, underlying technology, and AI models. Your financial data remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your business data and will not use it to train AI models without your explicit written consent.
We treat your financial data as confidential. We will not share it with third parties except as required to provide the Service (e.g., cloud infrastructure providers) or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Pathway's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.
You agree to indemnify and hold AI Pathway harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing . We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
